A rapidly expanding cannabis company needed on-going quick deployment of phones and Internet for new dispensaries around the country.
Challenge
Their in-house IT team needed a phone system that could be set up remotely for each new location. They also needed an efficient way to source out reliable, competitively-priced Internet for each location.
Solution
My Resource Partners connected them with a VoIP provider whose phone systems are easy to deploy remotely and who can pre-provision phones that are ready to use when they arrive on site. Due to the organization’s nationwide footprint, we used a wholesale Internet aggregator to eliminate having dozens of separate carrier agreements. An Internet aggregator can bill and support all Internet carriers nationwide utilizing one customer support group and one network operations center. This simplified both the organization’s bill paying process as well as the expediency of resolving issues. We are now helping them plan months in advance of new location completion.
